Team retreats and team building

Team retreats, team building and employee events that support organisational culture.

Team retreats and team building

Team building works when it fits the people, the organisation's culture and the purpose of the meeting. We do not treat it as a list of attractions but as a designed experience that brings the team together and spares the client the logistics.

We organise team retreats, team building and employee events in Poland and abroad. We are responsible for the programme, venue, logistics, partners, participant communication and on-site coordination.

Who it is for

For companies building relationships within their teams

We support organisations that want to bring their team together in one place, strengthen relationships, mark the end of an important phase or give people an experience beyond everyday work.

01

HR and People teams

For teams responsible for team bonding, retention, organisational culture and employee experience.

02

Employer Branding

For events that should show how the company works and leave a strong, authentic mark on the team.

03

Distributed teams

For companies bringing participants from several offices, cities or countries together in one programme.

04

Leaders and managers

For meetings that should support collaboration, communication and a sense of shared purpose.

Scope of services

Scope of a team retreat

The scope depends on the goal, the number of participants, the length of the programme and how complex the logistics are. We can prepare the whole trip or a specific team-building module.

Process

From the team's goal to the programme

We start by asking why the team should meet. Only then do we choose the activities, the pace of the day, the logistics and the intensity of the programme.

  1. 01

    Goal and group

We define the participant profile, the purpose of the meeting, organisational constraints, date, location and budget.

  2. 02

    Programme format

We choose the style of team bonding: active, culinary, creative, strategic, city-based or off-site.

  3. 03

    Logistics and partners

We coordinate venues, transport, meals, instructors, hosts, technical production and scripted elements.

  4. 04

    Participant communication

We prepare the practical information, schedule, participant lists and instructions needed before the event.

  5. 05

    Delivery

We run the programme, respond to the group's needs, coordinate partners and handle the operational wrap-up of the event.

Formats

Team-bonding and team-building formats

A good programme can be energetic, calm, premium, outdoor or workshop-based. What matters is that it suits the team and is not a random attraction.

Team retreats

One-day or multi-day programmes that combine accommodation logistics, activities, meals and an evening programme.

Themed team building

A culinary, creative, city, outdoor or scenario-based programme tailored to the group.

Family Day and employee events

Formats that involve employees, families and the company community in a safe, well-run programme.

Team bonding as part of MICE

A team-building module combined with an off-site conference, a company off-site or an incentive programme.

Programmes in Poland and abroad

We organise team-bonding events in Warsaw, other Polish cities and locations abroad. We choose the location based on the programme's goal, ease of access for participants, the season and the logistics involved.

For international teams, we plan a shared programme rhythm, clear communication and logistics for participants travelling from different places.

Selected work

Team building and events for teams

These selected projects show culinary team building, a Family Day and employee events in different locations.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about team building

01How do you choose a team-building format?

First, we define the goal, the participant profile, the group's energy level, logistical constraints and the expected outcome. Only then do we choose the activities.

02Do you organise team retreats abroad?

Yes. We deliver programmes in Poland and internationally, combining travel and accommodation logistics, activities and on-site support.

03Can a programme take place in several locations on the same day?

Yes, if the logistics and schedule allow it. In such projects, local coordinators, a shared plan and clear communication are especially important.

04Can team building be part of a conference?

Yes. A team-building module can complement a conference, a company off-site, a MICE trip or a corporate event.

05Do you prepare a contingency plan?

Yes. For programmes that depend on the weather, transport or partner availability, we plan organisational alternatives.

06What information do you need at the start?

We need the goal, the number of participants, the location or preferred destination, the date, the length of the programme, the budget and information about any constraints within the group.
