Service 01

Corporate events

Corporate events, partner events, anniversary celebrations and events for employees and teams.

Corporate event planning

A corporate event is seen by the team, partners or clients. It needs more than a good idea: above all, it needs control over production. We bring the concept, venue, suppliers, schedule and on-site coordination together in one clear process.

We organise corporate events for Polish and international teams: staff gatherings, seasonal events, anniversary celebrations, partner events and formats that build relationships within the organisation. We match the scale and character of the event to the business goal, not to a ready-made template.

Who it is for

For teams that want control over the entire event

We support companies where an event is part of internal communication, organisational culture, partner relations or the brand experience. We take over production where the number of decisions and suppliers starts to weigh on the client's team.

01

HR, People and Employer Branding

For employee events designed to build engagement, a sense of belonging and organisational culture.

02

Marketing and communications

For formats where every participant touchpoint with the event must stay consistent with the brand and its tone of voice.

03

Board and office management

For projects that need a well-organised budget, a clear schedule and one team responsible for delivery.

04

International teams

For companies bringing together participants from several offices, countries or organisational cultures in one shared experience.

Process

How we run a corporate event

We start with the goal and the audience, and only then move on to the format, activities and production details. This way, the event is not a collection of random elements.

  1. 01

    Brief and the event's role

We define the goal, participant group, company context, date, location, scale and budget range.

  2. 02

    Format and concept

We create the programme structure, recommend the character of the event and define the key elements of the experience.

  3. 03

    Production and suppliers

We coordinate the venue, technical set-up, set design, catering, performers, activities and all production dependencies.

  4. 04

    Production script

We prepare the schedule, set-up plan, rehearsals, team communication and a list of decisions to finalise.

  5. 05

    On-site delivery

We manage set-up, guest arrival, the running of the programme, supplier work and the close of the event.

Formats

Corporate event formats

A corporate event can serve different purposes: bringing people together, communicating change, strengthening relationships or celebrating an important moment. We choose the format to fit that role.

Employee events

Team gatherings, seasonal events, company days and formats that support organisational culture.

Anniversary celebrations and milestone events

Programmes combining the company's history, speeches, a formal part and the guest experience.

Partner and client events

B2B events with room for conversations, presentations, networking and relationship building.

An event as part of a larger programme

An event combined with a conference, a MICE trip, team building or a gala.

Warsaw, Poland and international events

We are based in Warsaw and deliver events in Poland and abroad. We choose the location based on the event's goal, ease of access for participants, technical requirements and brand standards.

On international projects, we combine central production management with local partners. The client keeps one point of contact and one delivery standard.

Selected work

Corporate events in different formats and locations

These selected projects show employee events, evening events and productions for international teams.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about corporate events

01How early should you start planning a corporate event?

Ideally, as soon as you know the goal, the approximate date and the number of participants. Preparation time depends on the scale, venue availability, the level of production and the number of suppliers.

02Do you develop the event concept?

Yes. The concept follows from the goal, the audience, the brand's tone and the budget. We do not start with activities but with the role the event should play for the company.

03Can you handle only the on-site production?

Yes, if the scope and responsibilities are clearly agreed. We can join the project as a production team, a coordination team or a partner managing selected areas.

04Do you organise events for international teams?

Yes. We work with companies in the IT and iGaming industries and with international teams, taking into account the language of communication, participant logistics and different cultural expectations.

05Can a corporate event be combined with a conference?

Yes. Corporate sessions, conference sessions, networking and evening activities can be combined into a single programme, provided they are planned as a coherent whole.

06Where do we start the conversation?

With the event's goal, participant profile, date, location, scale, budget and anything you have already decided.
